These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

1.2 Account Registration:

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Permitted Use:

You agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

2. Payment and Pricing

2.1 Fees:
Access to certain features of the Services may require payment.

2.2 Payment Terms:
Payments are due as specified during the checkout process.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Changes to Pricing:
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

Existing subscriptions will remain at their current rate until the next billing cycle, at which point the updated pricing will apply.

Usage Fees:

These fees are in addition to the first month fee and monthly subscription:

Pay-As-You-Go Fees: Using the CRM for emails and text messages includes a small, automatic usage fee.

A $10 credit is applied upfront and refills automatically when the balance drops below $10.

Note: Ad spend on Meta is separate.

Cost Breakdown: Calls: $0.0224/minute

Emails: $0.0011/email

AI Features: $0.032/message or $0.208/min for voice

SMS: $0.0126/segment

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: Leads Launchpad and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to the Services except as expressly stated.

3.2 User Content:
By submitting content through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for providing and improving the Services.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

5.2 Termination by Us:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

5.3 Effect of Termination:

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, but any obligations incurred prior to termination (e.g., unpaid fees) will remain in effect.

6. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:

Leads Launchpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leads Launchpad, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Keller, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
